Fuzul Headquarters Mecidiyeköy

The project is for an invited urban transformation / office building competition organized by Fuzul Yapı and it has reached the finals. The site is located in one of the most dense streets of Mecidiyeköy. After examining the plan notes in detail, it was aimed to create a semi-public oasis in a region such as Mecidiyeköy while creating the maximum sellable area for the company in the parcel. When viewed from the street, a design approach has been adopted to an inviting backyard.
