She was born in Kdz.Ereğli, in 1972. Her native language is Turkish and she is proficient in English. She has graduated from Kdz. Ereğli Anatolian Highschool in 1990, and Istanbul Technical University Architecture Department in 1994.

She has worked in Eczacıbaşı İntema Bayi between 1994-1995, Türk Demirdöküm Fab. A.Ş. – ALNO Mutfak between 1996- 1999, Koleksiyon Mobilya A.Ş in 2000 and Lineadecor Mutfak between 2000-2007 as marketing & sales dierctor and project sales director. Between 2007-2008, she has worked as real estate valuation experties for Finansbank.

Between 2010-2021, she has worked on valuation engineering, Budget planning and follow-up, preparation of tender documents and execution of tender processes in İŞTE Project Management

Besides her missions in İŞTE Project Management, Gamze also gives support to MUUM and OPTIMUUM about project management, budget planning, consultancy in preparing bid and tender documentations and continues her working for a better future.
